These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website aquaalliance.ca and any service request, quote, purchase or subscription made through it, operated by Aqua Alliance Inc. ("Aqua Alliance", "we", "us") of 5170A Timberlea Blvd., Mississauga, ON L4W 2S5.
By using this website, requesting a service, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Aqua Alliance provides tiling, surface restoration, pool construction, facility maintenance, and HydroTher commercial spa sales, along with pool equipment repair and leak detection delivered together with our partner Pool Geek Inc., across Ontario.
Quotes provided through our website, configurator or over the phone are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after a site assessment, in writing, before work begins. We aim to provide a detailed quote within 48 hours of a site visit, but this is a target turnaround, not a guaranteed deadline.
Repair and installation work is backed by a written warranty provided at the time of service. Warranty scope and duration vary by project and are set out in your specific quote or service agreement.
Where our online shop is available, product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free; if we discover a pricing or listing error after you order, we will contact you before processing payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Non-hazardous items ship by courier across Canada. Pool and spa chemicals are available by local pickup or local delivery only, within the Mississauga, ON area, in accordance with applicable transportation regulations for hazardous goods.
Our "Subscribe & Save" option bills on a recurring schedule you select at checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your confirmation email, or by contacting us directly.
If you need to return a product, request a refund, or cancel a service request, contact us at info@aquaalliance.ca as soon as possible. We review these requests case by case, taking into account the condition of goods, whether a service has already commenced, and applicable consumer protection law in Ontario.
You agree not to use this website to: violate any applicable law; submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
The text, images, graphics, logos and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Aqua Alliance Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Our website may link to, or rely on, third-party services, including payment processing (Stripe), mapping (Google Maps), and partner businesses such as HydroTher, PPL Aquatic, Fitness & Spa Group, and Pool Geek Inc. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aqua Alliance Inc. harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
