How long does a spa installation or restoration take?
Commercial spa installations typically take 8–14 weeks from order to delivery, with 1–3 days on-site for installation and commissioning. Acrylic repairs and tile restorations are generally completed within 1–5 days depending on scope. We provide a firm timeline in every free consultation.
Do you serve residential clients?
Yes — we work with both commercial properties and residential clients. From luxury condominiums and private homes to hotel facilities and sports complexes, our services are available across all property types in Ontario.
What warranty is included with your work?
All HydroTher spa installations include the manufacturer’s warranty on the shell, equipment and plumbing. Our own restoration and tile work is backed by a workmanship guarantee. Specific warranty terms are included in writing with every project quote.
Which cities and regions do you service?
We serve all of Ontario, based out of Mississauga (GTA). Key areas: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Hamilton, Niagara, Ottawa, London and Kitchener-Waterloo. Out-of-province projects are considered for large commercial contracts.
Can you repair any brand of spa or hot tub?
Yes — our acrylic and fiberglass restoration services are brand-agnostic. We repair and restore shells, surfaces, gel coats and jets on all major spa and hot tub brands. You do not need to have purchased your unit from us to qualify for service.
What information do I need for a quote?
For repairs: photos of the damage, the make/model if known, and your address. For new spa installations: facility type, available footprint, and any specific requirements. We handle everything else during the free consultation — and we respond within 24 hours.
