Chat messages — conversations with our AI advisor (Alex) are processed in real time to generate a response and are not stored long-term on our servers.
Configurator submissions — spa model, shell colour, and installation preferences you choose when configuring a spa.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting technologies.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, or schedule a callback. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as described below.

Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services that may process limited data:
